Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please kindly notify us 48 hours before your appointment. After this time, the late cancellation/reschedule will result in a 50% charge of your original booking or your gift voucher. No shows will be charged in full. Late arrival to your appointment may result in a reduction in your treatment time, forfeiting your appointment or a charge.
Payments:
To secure an appointment with Bantu Aesthetics, either in clinic, online or over the phone, a 50% deposit will be charged against your credit or debit card and the card details will be secured against every booking. The remaining 50% balance will be charged either in clinic or from the stored card details following completion of the service. If you do not attend your appointment without letting us know and there is no attempt to reschedule or cancel within the 48 hours as set out in the cancellation policy, your card will be charged to the relevant full amount in relation to your booking.
Packages:
The full amount of the package is payable prior to commencement of any treatments. Treatments included in each package cannot be exchanged for other treatments. All packages have a 12 month expiry on redemption of treatments. Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours notice will be deemed to have been taken and deducted from the client’s package.
Appointment confirmations and reminders:
We will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm appointments booked and remind you of upcoming appointments. We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt-out at any time.
Appointment ratings and reviews:
After visiting us we may send you an email or SMS asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. We consider your agreement and participation in the service as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.
Suitability for treatment:
We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, prior to any treatment being carried out. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide Bantu Aesthetics with relevant medical history and medication details prior to each treatment. We cannot treat any clients who are under 18, pregnant or breast-feeding.
Liability:
Bantu Aesthetics will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. Clients will be required to read and sign the relevant consent forms prior to treatment. We are unable to provide any treatment without your written consent. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide Bantu Aesthetics with all relevant medical history and medication details prior to each treatment. Bantu Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Bantu Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area.
Marketing:
We will not undertake phone, mail, email or SMS marketing without you first providing consent for us to do so. Of course, you may opt out of receiving marketing material at any time.
